Refund Policy

Service Commitment & General Terms

At Mejor Tech Solutions, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-designed digital solutions. Because our services involve significant labor, creative expertise, and technical resources that are allocated specifically to each client, we have established a clear Refund Policy to manage expectations and project workflows. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. We encourage all clients to communicate openly during the design process to ensure the final product aligns perfectly with their vision.

Refund Policy -Non-Refundable Project Deposits

To initiate any project, a non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total project value) is required. This deposit serves to secure your position in our production schedule and covers the essential preliminary work, including initial consultations, market research, wireframing, and site architecture planning. Once this deposit is paid and work has commenced, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. This ensures that the dedicated time and creative resources allocated to your business are fairly compensated from the outset of our partnership.

Cancellation & Partial Refund Criteria

If a project is cancelled by the client after the initial design phase but before final delivery, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Mejor Tech Solutions. Any such refund will be calculated by subtracting the value of the total hours already invested in the project from the remaining balance. However, once the final website design has been approved by the client, or once the website has been launched/published on a live domain, no refunds will be issued. Additionally, fees for third-party services—including but not limited to domain registrations, Wix premium subscriptions, or specialized plugin licenses—are strictly non-refundable as they are paid directly to external vendors.
